The award is conducted under public procurement law. Bids must be submitted exclusively via the procurement platform. Variant bids are not permitted. Suitability must be proven by submitting the required certificates. The standard forms of the procurement manual must be used for the bid.
Proof of certification to ISO/IEC 27001 is a mandatory requirement.
Missing certificates lead to exclusion of the bid. Bidding consortia must submit the declaration in form 3.2. The statutory exclusion grounds apply.

Yes. On the Professional plan, the AI downloads and analyses the complete tender documents, specification and requirements catalogue, checks the mandatory criteria against your profile and warns about exclusion criteria before you invest time in a bid.
Does TenderScope help fill in the tender documents?
Yes. The Submission Assistant on the Professional plan identifies the forms, self-declarations and requests to participate you need to fill in, displays them directly in TenderScope and suggests the matching values from your stored company master data, including a checklist of all attachments and certificates to submit. You enter and check every detail yourself: TenderScope invents no values and does not automatically fill in legally binding declarations.
Can I ask the AI questions about a tender?
Yes. On the Professional plan, the AI chat on the tender page answers your questions directly from the tender documents, for example about deadlines, required certificates or the lot structure, and backs every answer with a verbatim quote and its place in the document. If the documents are not available yet, the chat answers from the notice. For questions about using TenderScope itself, every plan additionally includes a support chat inside the dashboard that answers from the help documentation.
