What we actually find
These figures do not come from a brochure. They come from our own corpus and count what genuinely arrived over the last 90 days.
Why we do not advertise a portal count
Vendors in this market like to quote the number of portals they connect to, often several thousand. That is an input figure. It says nothing about how many tenders reach you, and nobody can verify it.
We connect to the statutory publication layers that contracting authorities are required to publish into. A single connection therefore carries many portals. In Austria, for example, it delivers ANKÖ, VEMAP, PROVIA, wien.gv.at, ausschreibung.at, the Vorarlberg notices and others in one stream. What counts is below: authorities and notices.
Coverage by country
Contracting authorities are the public bodies from which we received at least one notice during the period.

How this was calculated
Authorities are merged strictly: legal form, punctuation and spelling variants are removed so that “Stadt Köln” and “Stadt Koeln GmbH” count once. Where in doubt we merge, so the figure errs low rather than high.
The window is 90 days because individual weeks vary a great deal. Authorities publish far less over the summer holidays and around the turn of the year.
